Divine On Purpose Experience provides community-based youth re-engagement, family support, and mentorship services — meeting youth, families, schools, and communities where they are.
Most services wait for youth and families to come to them. We go to them first — and that changes everything.
We go into the community to find and connect with youth who are disconnected from school, family, or support systems — meeting them where they are, not where we wish they were.
Trust is the foundation. We invest time in building genuine, consistent relationships with youth and their families — the kind that open doors no formal referral process can.
We support youth and families as they navigate their way back to school, reconnect with family, and access the resources and community support available to them.
Relationships built in the community create natural pathways into schools and organizations. Those partnerships then invite D.O.P.E. in as a trusted community presence — on campus, at the table, and in the work.
Divine On Purpose Experience partnered with a youth and their family in the community. That single relationship built enough trust that it opened a direct door of partnership with the school they attended.
The result: on-campus school check-ins and lunchtime follow-up sessions — consistent, relationship-based support that schools struggle to provide on their own and that youth actually show up for.
"This is what makes D.O.P.E. different — we don't wait for the system to refer youth to us. We build the relationship first, and the system follows."
Youth who are disconnected from school often won't respond to formal outreach. We already have the relationship.
On-campus check-ins and lunchtime follow-ups create continuity and accountability that keeps youth engaged.
Between the youth, their family, the school, and the resources they need — we connect all four in a way that feels natural and safe.
Our partnerships with schools and organizations grow organically from real community relationships — not contracts alone.
"Divine On Purpose Experience exists to inspire hope, provide mentorship, and strengthen youth, young women, and families through faith, advocacy, community support, and meaningful connections that help individuals recover, restore, and rebuild their lives with purpose."Our Mission Statement
Divine On Purpose Experience specializes in building relationships with youth and families who may be disengaged, involved with juvenile court systems, struggling with school attendance, or navigating family conflict.
Our F.O.C.U.S. framework guides how we combine mentorship, advocacy, outreach, and resource navigation to serve as a bridge between youth, families, schools, and the community.
Two frameworks that guide everything we do — how we show up, and what we are working toward together.
We believe that within every challenging circumstance there is opportunity. This framework guides how we engage and show up.
Through our F.O.C.U.S. approach, we guide individuals and families toward three core outcomes.
Our work in Youth Re-engagement helps individuals Recover. Our work in Family Advocacy and Mentorship helps individuals Restore. Our work in School Reconnection and Community Support helps individuals Rebuild.
D.O.P.E. comes alongside them and says:
"Let's find the opportunity within this situation."
We serve as a bridge between youth, families, schools, and community resources — meeting people where they are.
Supporting students who may be disconnected from school, experiencing attendance challenges, or struggling to remain engaged. We build relationships that help youth reconnect with their potential.
Helping families navigate challenges, strengthen communication, and access resources that support long-term stability and success. We walk alongside families — not in front of them.
Connecting youth and families to community-based services, opportunities, and support systems. We know the resources and the relationships that open doors.
Providing encouragement, accountability, advocacy, and support for youth involved in court systems or alternative pathways. Every young person deserves a champion in their corner.
Empowering youth and young women through encouragement, life skills, leadership development, and supportive relationships using the S.I.S.T.E.R.S framework.
Standing with youth and families during their most difficult seasons — providing support, encouragement, referrals, and steady connection when it matters most.
Creating opportunities for healing, communication, connection, and stronger family bonds. Our signature Mother & Daughter Ball celebrates and strengthens these vital relationships.
Building relationships, removing barriers, and creating pathways forward for youth and families.
"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose."
— Romans 8:28 · The Foundation of Our WorkWe bring lived experience, community trust, and a trauma-informed approach to every partnership.
We reach youth and families that systems alone cannot — through genuine, trust-based relationships built in the community.
Rooted in the community we serve — bringing cultural responsiveness and an authentic understanding of what families face.
Specialized experience locating, engaging, and supporting disconnected youth and their families.
We work with the whole family system — not just the youth — for sustainable, lasting change.
Connecting schools and families to improve attendance, engagement, and long-term outcomes.
Our F.O.C.U.S. approach guides every partnership — helping us identify opportunity within challenge and walk alongside youth and families toward real change.
Anesia Williams has displayed empathy and a desire to help in every interaction. She is passionate, dependable, and informative — safety is always her main concern when working with someone in their most vulnerable state. She defines problem solving and she is trustworthy. We as a community appreciate her, and I wish there were more people like her.
She has an amazing heart and spirit, none like I have ever known. She has a way with young adults that are drawn to her, and she has a way with them they open up to her. Every school event that we would go to together, kids would flock to her. She has a calling, and I truly believe helping young adults is it.
